Websites and web apps

Our projects range from a three-page site for an accounting practice to a portal where trade customers pull their own invoices straight out of Comarch ERP Optima. We never open with colour schemes. We open with purpose: should the site win enquiries, take orders or relieve your support team? That answer shapes the platform, the scope and the budget.

Which kind of project fits you?

Eight typical builds. Page numbers hardly matter here; the real difference sits behind the button, in whether a click sends an email, drops an order into the ERP or splits a payment with a seller.

Help me choose

Simple website and catalogue

Several pages introducing your firm, or product listings with filters and an “Ask for a price” button where a basket would normally sit. For a workshop, wholesaler or law practice this is the fastest route online.

Company website

Separate routes for buyers, job seekers and partners, a careers section, news and a Polish plus English version. Your own staff publish updates without waiting on a developer.

Online shop

BLIK and Przelewy24 at checkout, InPost lockers in the delivery step and invoices raised without anyone typing them. A shop that processes orders rather than merely collecting them.

Landing page

A single page built around one Google Ads or Meta campaign. One clear offer, a short form and GDPR-friendly conversion tracking that works before the first zloty of ad spend goes out.

Marketplace platform

Many sellers under a single brand, each with a dashboard, listings approved before going live, commission deducted automatically and payouts settled without a spreadsheet.

Client portal

A members-only zone in which customers look up their own orders, invoices, outstanding amounts and tickets. The “please resend that invoice” emails largely dry up.

B2B platform

Wholesale buying on negotiated terms: a price list for each account, credit limits, pay-later invoices and last month’s order placed again with a single click.

Public sector websites

Portals for municipalities, districts and schools built to the Polish digital accessibility act and WCAG 2.1 AA, complete with the required accessibility declaration, BIP links and an editor any school secretary can manage.

Which foundation?

Technology is chosen to fit the job and its running costs over the coming years, rather than whichever tool our developers personally like best.

Off-the-shelf theme

The shortest route. Sensible if a trustworthy site is needed fast and on a small budget, and visual distinctiveness can wait.

WordPress websites

The most common pick. A theme written for you, WooCommerce for sales, connections to wFirma, Fakturownia or Subiekt. Because plenty of Polish developers work with WordPress, switching supplier stays easy.

Shopify and other platforms

A shop on subscription. Shopify, Shoper, PrestaShop or IdoSell for shops on a tight launch date, and a headless CMS for marketers keen to manage content without us.

Hand-coded application

The largest build. For serious traffic, non-standard business logic or a group of sites drawing on shared data.

Building on a widely used platform means a slightly higher first invoice than a stock theme, and lower bills every year after. WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify specialists are plentiful in Poland, so a change of agency never forces a rebuild. Comarch ERP Optima, enova365, BaseLinker and Allegro get connected through tried plugins and documented APIs instead of one-off hacks that baffle whoever inherits them.

How a project runs

Four stages, each closed only with your approval. The whole project runs remotely: workshops over Teams or Google Meet, one shared task list and a test version of the site open to you around the clock.

01

Goals and sitemap

We agree who should arrive on the site and what they need to do there. The outcome is a page map, a list of must-have features and a schedule for copy and system connections.

02

Wireframes and visuals

Grey wireframes come first, because moving a block at that point costs nothing. Then we design the key screens for phone and desktop.

03

Development and copy

Coding, system connections, loading the copy. Throughout, the work sits on a test address, so you watch it take shape and comment the same day.

04

Go-live and upkeep

Final tests, publication, redirects from old URLs and a training call for editors. Afterwards we can stay on under a monthly care agreement.

Questions and answers

Budgets vary enormously: a brochure site built from a template and a trade portal linked to an ERP are different animals. Three factors set the price: the number of user journeys, the depth of system connections and the share of design done from a blank page. Following a first video call, we prepare an estimate with a written scope. Extra work beyond the agreed brief costs PLN 190/hour excl. VAT.

Product records are usually imported automatically from your warehouse software, Subiekt or BaseLinker. Descriptions, photography and the story of the firm mostly come from your side, as you understand the offer best. When your team lacks capacity, copywriting and content loading can be priced as a separate job.

Public bodies fall under the Polish digital accessibility act. The European Accessibility Act, applied since 28 June 2025, also reaches some consumer-facing digital services, online selling included. Whether and how far it applies to your firm depends on things like its size and the services it offers, so check that with a lawyer. Whatever your legal position, we build to WCAG 2.1 AA: contrast, keyboard navigation, text alternatives for images. Every visitor benefits.

Our consent banner really does block analytics and advertising pixels until someone clicks “Accept”. We also set up consent handling in Google tools, help you gather processing agreements for the third-party services on the site and suggest EU hosting. Forms collect only what you genuinely need.

Yes. First comes a review of the code, plugin versions, backups and the owner of record for the domain and hosting. Occasionally repairing an old build is dearer than replacing it, and we say so before starting rather than mid-project.
