Online shop

A single order triggers a whole sequence: stock is checked and reserved, money changes hands, an invoice is raised, a courier label printed, a tracking code emailed. Shoppers see only the shop window, which is seldom the tricky bit. Snap any link in that sequence and someone pays for an item that is out of stock, or your accountant loses a day at month-end reconciling the dashboard against the bank.

Included in this service

About half of any shop project happens off-screen, in the plumbing between checkout, carriers, stock control and bookkeeping.

Talk the scope through with an engineer

Catalogue

Variants, attributes, filters and on-site search tolerant of typos and Polish diacritics. Well-described products are easier to locate both in the store and in Google.

Basket and checkout

Few steps to pay, no forced registration, a map for choosing a Paczkomat inside the basket, and a NIP field for buyers wanting a VAT invoice.

Payments

BLIK, pay-by-link transfers and cards through Przelewy24, PayU or Tpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus PayPo deferred payment when baskets get bigger.

Shipping

InPost, DPD, DHL or ORLEN Paczka, generating labels, tracking notifications and return slips automatically. Multiple couriers are unified through Furgonetka, Apaczka or BaseLinker.

Accounting and stock

Orders and buyer records sync to Subiekt nexo, wFirma, Fakturownia or Comarch ERP Optima, while inventory figures travel the other way. Company invoices are submitted to KSeF.

Terms and obligations

A place for your terms of sale, complaints procedure and withdrawal information, display of the lowest pre-discount price and cookie consent. Your lawyer drafts or checks the wording; we put it in place technically.

How we work together

Integration count and how clean your product data is set the pace far more than catalogue size.

01

Discovery

Range, warehouse, price and discount logic, courier contracts, and the current journey of an order from click to dispatch.

02

Design

Product pages and checkout make or break revenue, so they get the most attention, testing and variants.

03

Build

Store, gateways, shipping and bookkeeping link, all verified against a sandbox database instead of real records.

04

Trial purchases

Genuine orders paid, refunded and returned before anyone outside the team can buy.

Shoppers in Poland take BLIK and parcel lockers for granted. Offer only card payment and doorstep delivery and orders will leak away, because on a phone nobody wants to hunt for a card or stay in waiting for a van. BLIK and Paczkomaty belong in release one of your checkout, not on a wish list for later.

Questions and answers

Shoper and Shopify reach launch day soonest and demand less technical upkeep. WooCommerce hands you more control with lighter fixed charges, provided somebody maintains it. Complex price lists or deep ERP integration usually point us to WooCommerce; ordinary retail is often well served by a hosted platform.

A markdown should show the lowest price charged before the discount, and reviews should state whether and how you check they come from real buyers. We set this up technically at launch and test it with dummy promotions; details and exceptions are worth confirming with a lawyer.

Below a few dozen monthly orders, a file export can suffice. Above that, retyping quickly costs more than automation, and errors only show up when payments are reconciled. With KSeF compulsory for business invoices from 2026, that is one more reason to automate.

Buyers log a return via a form, receive an InPost or DPD return label, and you release the refund with a single click in the admin panel. Customer and warehouse share the same status view, which ends the “where is my parcel” emails.
