Duty line
A dedicated contact without any automated menu, shared only with people listed in the contract. A qualified engineer answers directly.
Out-of-hours cover exists for breakdowns that stop sales, output or patient care. Setting up a new login or explaining an Excel formula can wait for daylight, and your budget benefits from that.

Engineers working in shifts, with deputies and structured shift changes, rather than one exhausted individual keeping a laptop by the pillow.
Bringing services back up, switching to a secondary internet link, recovering a VM from backup, blocking a hijacked Entra ID account.
Specialists, your named contact, the hosting company or the ISP are brought in following a pre-set order.
If something physical is unavoidable, like pushing a power switch, we talk your shift worker or a contracted local technician through it.
Every outage is traced to its cause, which we then fix, and a concise write-up follows once the case is closed. Where an incident has to be notified to a CSIRT, we assemble the necessary details.
Setting up needs preparation, as duty engineers need to understand your systems and response scenarios must be signed off.
We note exactly what must stay up overnight: the shop, the BaseLinker integration, the WMS, the file server. The rest can wait.
We confirm who at your end may report incidents and who approves choices like “take the shop offline for an hour”.
Every system receives a brief procedure covering checks, restarts and restore sources. Login details are stored in the duty team vault.
A rehearsal alert takes place at a time agreed beforehand. Cover then begins, and a monthly digest lists alerts raised and actions taken.
Duty cover without passwords amounts to spectating. Credentials for firewalls, hosting, your domain registrar and Microsoft 365 administration belong in an encrypted vault accessible to the rota. As part of onboarding we prove it works by signing in to each system on the critical list.
Premium, from PLN 7,500 monthly excl. VAT, includes the duty line. Another route is covering only chosen critical systems through a standalone agreement on top of Business. We price it following a review, because cost depends on the number of systems and the reaction time required.
Those listed in your contract: orders no longer reach the shop, a server stops responding, courier labels will not print in the warehouse, the office is offline entirely. Anything else is logged at any hour yet handled from 8:00.
No. Night or day, our work is remote only, and that resolves many incidents. Should physical help be needed, we reach the person or company you have nominated and coach them through every step.
An individual is simply not reachable all the time: people sleep, get ill and go on holiday in August exactly when shop traffic peaks. Shift rotas with deputies and handovers make availability a contractual service instead of a personal favour.
Tell us when your business operates and which systems must keep going after the working day. We will define critical incidents and follow up with pricing.
