Help for employees
Forgotten passwords, a stubborn Outlook, Teams glitches, printers, a qualified e-signature that suddenly fails in the browser. Sessions start only when the user agrees, and they can follow each step on screen.
Recurring upkeep is covered by the subscription. Larger projects, for instance migrating mailboxes to Microsoft 365 or rebuilding connectivity between branches, get their own written quote, approved by you before work begins.

Opening and closing accounts, licence allocation, device compliance rules, BitLocker encryption and centrally managed updates.
Health checks, security patches and backup verification, whether the hardware lives in a data centre, in Azure or in your own comms room. Growing load shows up on our dashboards before staff notice any slowdown.
Firewalls, switches and wireless administered from a distance. When a cable needs moving, a video call lets us guide one of your people through it.
A living inventory of devices, licences, accounts and network configuration, kept in your possession and not merely in our records.
Request counts, time to resolution, scheduled work done and our top three recommendations for the month to come.
The opening month goes on getting to know your systems and putting them in order. From then on, the service follows a regular cadence.
Remote access software and our monitoring agent are deployed, passwords are consolidated in a secure vault, and an inventory of devices and licences is drawn up.
Top risks are fixed first: absent backups, patches months behind, one admin login shared by everybody, firewall ports left open.
Handling requests, scheduled maintenance within agreed windows, and constant monitoring that flags a failure before anyone complains.
Each month a brief Teams meeting to discuss the report and set joint priorities for the following weeks.
Admin accounts belong to your business, never to Apply. Your tenant, your domain, your hosting control panel and your licences all remain in your name. Companies sometimes spend months recovering a domain held hostage by a former contractor. With ownership split this way, that should not happen to you.
Anything repetitive is included: requests, patching, backup checks, account and permission changes, reporting. Projects with a defined start and finish, a Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration being a typical example, are quoted separately. Extra tasks outside your plan cost PLN 190 an hour excl. VAT and only go ahead once you approve them.
Start begins at PLN 1,900 per month excl. VAT for no more than 10 users and responds within 4 hours. Business costs PLN 3,900 excl. VAT with a one-hour response, and Premium, from PLN 7,500 excl. VAT, answers in 15 minutes and includes 24/7 cover. Begin with an IT review, and we will recommend a specific option afterwards.
The notice period is set in the contract, and ownership of documentation and access stays with you from day one. Should you wish to move on, we organise a proper handover. Our aim is clients who remain because they want to, not because leaving is painful.
A VAT invoice goes out via KSeF at the end of every month, payable within 14 days. You will not find travel charges on it, as everything is done remotely.
Give us a rough count of users and servers and a few words on how IT is looked after at present. You will receive a plan proposal with a monthly price.
