The lorry is at the loading bay, the goods are wrapped, yet the driver cannot leave because the SENT reference number never reached the system. Or the DPD labels stop printing at 15:40, a quarter of an hour before collection. In this trade an IT fault shows up as late deliveries and contractual penalties. The building blocks

Five areas where data tends to go missing somewhere between the office, the warehouse floor and the cab. Physical kit such as scanners, label printers and access points is handled by your own staff or local supplier. We configure it remotely and make sure it talks to the software.

Agree the scope

WMS and TMS with no retyping

An order raised in Comarch ERP XL, enova365 or Subiekt drops straight into the warehouse system, and once picked it reports back with a status and a parcel number. Your planner sees real weights and pallet counts in the TMS rather than an hour-old spreadsheet paste.

Couriers and parcel lockers

InPost, DPD, DHL, GLS and Poczta Polska under one roof: labels printed at the packing bench, collections booked, tracking updates and returns handled. Customers receive a tracking link on their own, so your service desk no longer spends the day on where-is-my-parcel emails.

SENT, e-TOLL and paperwork

SENT data taken from the order itself instead of being keyed into PUESC from a printout, with reference numbers and updates tracked. On top of that, e-invoices through KSeF and EDI messages for the retail chains that insist on them from suppliers.

Fleet and drivers

Tachograph and driver card files collected in the cloud, backed up and locked down by role. Drivers' phones and tablets are managed centrally, for instance in Intune where your Microsoft 365 licence includes it: a proof-of-delivery app, a photo of the pallet, the consignee's signature, and a lost device can be locked remotely.

Links, servers and security

Monitoring for the warehouse network, the servers and the integrations themselves, backups of the WMS database and a spare LTE link that takes over when a digger next door cuts the fibre. Ransomware can halt a forwarder for days on end, so workstations get EDR and multi-factor sign-in.

How changes go live

Nobody can shut a distribution centre for days just because an interface is being rebuilt. We build alongside the running operation and schedule the switch for a quiet day.

Map the journey

In an online session we follow an order from the moment it enters the system to the consignee's signature, marking every point where somebody copies data by hand.

Develop safely

We develop each interface on the carriers' sandbox accounts, with a cloned ERP database behind it. Not a single trial label reaches a real customer.

Cut over

The new version goes live away from peak dispatch, usually on a Saturday or early before the first wave. In the first days your warehouse lead can reach the engineer directly.

Watch and refine

A failed message raises an alert on our side instead of an angry call from your customer. We regularly hunt for one more manual step worth cutting.

The costliest faults are the ones nobody sees. An interface that quietly stops passing orders to the WMS throws no error at all. You only find out when a customer asks about a delivery that was never picked. So our checks go beyond a running server: we confirm that orders really do progress through each stage.

Questions and answers

Usually not. The system itself is rarely the issue; the isolation is. Given an API, a database we can reach safely, or can exchange CSV or XML files, we can link it to your ERP and couriers. Swapping it out only makes sense once its maker no longer ships fixes or new releases.

One of your people, typically a shift leader, or your hardware supplier plugs them in. We prepare the settings, register each device in the management console, install drivers and label templates, and join the first start-up on a video call. We do not travel, but nobody is left to cope alone.

Yes, on the IT side. We can connect your ERP or TMS to PUESC so that load, vehicle and consignee details are never retyped and the reference number lands on the transport documents. Your team stays responsible for the content and timing of each declaration; our job is making sure no data is lost and only authorised staff have access.

DDD files from vehicle units and driver cards must be kept for the period the regulations set and produced during an inspection. Confirm the exact period with a lawyer or transport compliance adviser, and we match the storage to it. Rather than a folder on the fleet manager's laptop, we suggest a cloud repository with versioning, an off-site copy and clear permissions. If you run working-time analysis software, we point it at the same store.

Not at all. All our work is remote, so mileage is irrelevant. Each site appears in the same monitoring console and uses the same ticket channel. Each warehouse just names one contact person who can act as our hands on site when needed.
