IT support pricing

You pay a flat monthly amount for a defined scope of work, and the response time is written into the contract. Our engineers never travel, so no part of the bill covers mileage or hours lost on the road. Figures are in Polish zloty, with VAT at 23% on top.

Three plans plus a team of your own

Start, Business and Premium differ in how fast we pick up a ticket, which hours are covered and how many systems sit under our care. Pick a dedicated team if you would rather have engineers who know you by name and hours ring-fenced for your organisation.

Monthly IT plan

Start

Built for a small team where computers have so far been looked after by whoever seemed most technical. We take the requests off their desk, keep Windows and Microsoft 365 patched and fix issues over an encrypted remote connection, so your accountant or salesperson can get back to the job they were hired for.

Business

One contract for everything: staff machines, the network, backups and servers, whether they run with a hosting provider or in a room at your premises. If something physically has to be unplugged on site, our engineer walks one of your people through it on a video call, one step at a time.

Premium

Meant for organisations where sixty minutes offline hurts more than the plan's monthly fee: a web shop in peak season, a clinic issuing e-prescriptions, a warehouse dispatching hundreds of parcels a day. You get regular engineers, a quarter-hour reaction whatever the time, plus an IT roadmap for the coming year.

Tailored engagement

Dedicated team

Sysadmins, security people and programmers formed into one unit that works solely on your priorities and learns your systems inside out. Size and mix are agreed around the need, for instance for the length of a KSeF rollout or a move to the cloud. Everything happens remotely.

What moves the number

Our quote follows the workload, never your turnover. Six factors set your position on the scale.

Headcount and hardware

The heaviest weight on the price. Every person with a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace login counts, as does each laptop or mobile enrolled in Intune for updates and control.

Servers and cloud tenancies

Quoted on their own. A machine in a data centre running Comarch ERP Optima, Azure resources or a rented VPS behind your shop will need monthly patching, monitoring and backup checks.

Hours of cover

Where the gap is widest. Help from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00 CET, is considerably cheaper than having someone ready to pick up at 3 a.m. on a Saturday.

Response time

Faster means dearer. Four hours on Start, sixty minutes on Business, a quarter of an hour on Premium. That last level needs a proper on-call rota rather than one admin carrying a mobile everywhere.

Paperwork you need from us

Relevant under GDPR and NIS2. Logs, management summaries and material prepared for your DPO or an ISO 27001 auditor all take real hours. If you want them, we build them into the fee.

Starting condition of your systems

Shows up early on. Logins belonging to long-gone staff, zero documentation, Windows machines unpatched for a year: all of that gets cleaned up first. Afterwards, ticket volumes drop noticeably.

The fee pays for labour, not licences. You are buying support, administration, monitoring and upkeep. Microsoft 365 licences, other software and bigger pieces of work (a mailbox migration, say, or linking your accounting package to KSeF) appear on separate invoices, and only with your approval. For hands-on jobs such as replacing a drive or reseating a cable, someone from your team or a local contractor does the work, following our engineer step by step.

Comparing the plans through three examples

Sample organisations and the plan that would usually suit them, so you can gauge the level before any call. The precise amount is set after a remote review of your environment.

About our SLAs

Accounting practice, 8 people

from PLN 1,900/month

Start. Email and files live in Microsoft 365, wFirma runs in the browser and nobody keeps a server in the cupboard.

A maximum of 10 users
Mail, Teams, laptops and shared printers
Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00 CET
Reaction time of 4 hours
No night cover
After-hours emergencies at the hourly rate
Business plan

Online retailer with a warehouse, 30 people

PLN 3,900/month

Business. A PrestaShop store, BaseLinker, Subiekt nexo and InPost labels must all work every single day, and a rented server in a data centre falls under the contract.

All staff and hardware
Controlled through Entra ID and Intune policies
Backups watched closely
Alerts on failure, test restores as agreed in the contract
Reaction within 60 minutes
PLN 3,900 a month excl. VAT

Manufacturer running three plants

from PLN 7,500/month

Premium. Lines run three shifts, so a stoppage at 2 a.m. costs exactly what it would in daylight.

Multiple sites
Identical configuration in every plant
24/7 on-call line
Someone on it inside 15 minutes
NIS2-ready reporting
Management reports at an agreed interval

Dedicated teams are priced case by case. When you need the same engineers week after week, a single named contact and time set aside for you, the quote is built around the work you describe. Ad hoc jobs with no subscription cost PLN 190 an hour plus VAT.

Getting a figure for your business

Four steps from first email to contract. We agree scope and timing together.

01

A short video call

A quarter of an hour over Teams or Google Meet: how many people, which servers and applications, and when you need someone on hand.

02

IT review, done remotely

Once you agree, we examine Microsoft 365, servers, backups and who can access what. The findings stay yours even if another provider wins the work.

03

Proposal with a task list

A figure plus a clear breakdown showing which tasks the subscription includes and which would be charged hourly or quoted as a project.

04

Signing and onboarding

The contract fixes response times, liability and the DPA under GDPR. After signing, admin credentials come over to us and we write up your environment.

Pricing questions

Before. Business prices are net, and 23% VAT appears on the invoice. We issue invoices through KSeF, the Polish national e-invoicing system, and public bodies that ask for it also get them via PEF. Private individuals have a separate price list shown with VAT included.

The subscription covers an agreed scope of work rather than a set number of tickets, so a rough week after a Windows update does not usually change the amount. If the business grows for good, say a dozen new hires, we talk about adjusting scope and price. The rules are set out in the contract.

Contract length and notice period are agreed individually and written into the contract. It also explains how we hand back passwords, documentation and backup copies when we part ways, so your systems stay under your control.

Yes. For example, your administrator handles colleagues day to day while we cover servers, backups and security. We can also act as holiday cover or an out-of-hours backstop. The scope is built around the gaps.

PLN 190 an hour excl. VAT, or an agreed project price, once you have given a written go-ahead. An email reply counts. Starting unrequested work and invoicing it later is simply not how we operate.

No. Working only remotely is a big reason our rates are set where they are. Most everyday faults can be resolved over an encrypted remote connection. When hardware needs replacing, our engineer coaches your colleague or a local contractor on Teams until it is done.
