Picture this: head office in Poznań, a warehouse outside Stryków, a showroom in Katowice and, since spring, a sales office in Gdańsk. Each site was opened on its own, so each has a different router, a different “friend who knows computers” and a Wi-Fi password written on a sticky note. We turn that patchwork into one coherent setup: identical configuration, identical access rules, a single channel for tickets and one report for the board. All of it is managed remotely.
The real saving is not cheaper kit. It comes from every location being built the same way, so a fault in Katowice is fixed with the same runbook as one in Gdańsk, and opening the next branch follows a script you already have.
We name the exact laptop, router and switch models and build an Intune deployment profile. You order the hardware from your usual supplier, and each new machine pulls its own settings and apps the first time it is switched on.
Site-to-site VPN
Encrypted tunnels from each branch back to head office, all cut from one template, plus a fallback line from a second carrier such as LTE or 5G. Once the box has power and an internet feed, the rest of the setup happens from our side.
Shared accounts and permissions
A single Entra ID tenant for the organisation, with groups by department and by site. When the warehouse manager leaves, her email, ERP and file access are switched off in one place instead of four.
A single ticket channel
The showroom assistant and the accountant at head office both report issues the same way: through the form or to office@apply.pl with “Support” in the subject. Response times come from your plan and apply equally to every branch.
Local hands, our instructions
We neither supply hardware nor travel to sites. Plugging in a router, swapping a drive or running a cable is done by one of your staff or a local installer following our guide, while our engineer stays on the call and checks the result.
Per-site reporting
One document, at an agreed interval, covering ticket volume per branch, line availability, backup status and licence renewals. It shows at a glance which location causes the most trouble and where next year's budget is best spent.
How we reach a common standard
We do not rip everything out at once. New sites launch on the standard from the start, and existing ones move across when their equipment is due for replacement anyway.
01
Branch inventory
Using remote access and a short questionnaire, we record what sits in each location, which carrier contracts you hold, who helps out locally today and when licences run out.
02
The standard on paper
Hardware list, network diagram, addressing plan, VPN tunnel rules and the permission model. One document valid at every site, and one your local installer receives as well.
03
Pilot branch
We pick a single location. Someone there connects the equipment using our guide, we configure it remotely and adjust the standard wherever theory and reality disagreed.
04
Rolling out to the rest
Further branches follow a schedule, usually outside working hours. A newly opened site runs on the standard from its first day, and its start date depends mostly on the internet carrier.
Mixed equipment is cheap to buy and expensive to live with. Four sites with four different routers mean four admin consoles, four update routines and a quarter of an hour each time just remembering how something was configured.
Questions and answers
Usually the branch manager or another trusted member of staff. The router arrives from the supplier with our starter configuration or with a one-page sheet: power here, carrier cable here, switch here. We take it from there remotely. If new cabling is needed, we suggest booking a local installer and we hand them the specification.
No. A local firm is useful wherever physical work is needed, and it can keep doing that against the shared standard. What changes is that tickets arrive in one place and configuration, monitoring and documentation sit with us. That way you know what is happening at every branch, not only the one that shouts loudest.
We treat the company as one customer: users and devices across all branches are added up and matched to a plan. Start begins at PLN 1,900/month excl. VAT for up to 10 users, Business is PLN 3,900/month and Premium starts at PLN 7,500/month. Monitoring of backup lines may be added on top.
Yes, provided it is designed for that. Email, Teams and SharePoint files run over the ordinary internet and do not depend on the VPN tunnel at all. The LTE fallback line takes over traffic automatically, and monitoring alerts us to the switch straight away.
Tickets split by site and category, response times met, line outages, repeat faults and open risks. It might show, for example, that a single warehouse printer accounts for a quarter of all requests. Replacing it costs less than paying to nurse it back to life every week.
Let us know how many locations you run, how many people work at each and who looks after IT there today. We will prepare an inventory and propose a shared standard with a migration plan.

You will hear back within one working day, and if you have reported an outage that is holding up work, it goes to the front of the queue.
We fill in the gaps. If anything is missing for a quote, we ask by email or suggest a quick call on Teams or Google Meet.
We put a proposal together. Scope, a price in PLN and a start date we can actually hit, with no hidden small print.
