Everyday Microsoft 365
For all staff. Sharing files through Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint so nobody has to hunt for the latest version in their inbox.
The subjects overlap. The difference lies in who is on the other end of the call and how deep into the detail we go.
Aimed at a whole company or a single team, for example around a change of tools such as leaving the old network drive for SharePoint and Teams. We keep groups to ten at most, so questions get answered, and each module is short enough not to wreck the day.
Just you and an engineer, going as fast or as slowly as suits you. Suited to board members, specialists and the colleague who became “the IT guy” by accident and now looks after Entra ID, Intune or the file server single-handed.
Five themes that keep coming back in everyday office work. The agenda is always adapted to your company.
For all staff. Sharing files through Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint so nobody has to hunt for the latest version in their inbox.
For all staff. Fake invoices, texts about an “unpaid parcel fee”, messages pretending to be a bank or mObywatel. Also useful for firms getting ready for NIS2 requirements.
For sales teams. Agreements with customers end up in the system rather than in a notebook on the passenger seat.
For marketers, support agents and anyone producing reports. Quicker drafts and reports, with no personal data pasted where it does not belong.
For whoever looks after IT internally. The confidence to fix routine issues without opening a ticket with an outside provider.
You can put a number on the result. If your tickets come to our helpdesk, before the course we can count how many concern the subjects involved, file sharing or passwords for instance. A few weeks later we count again and show you both figures side by side.
Dates are agreed with you. This is what happens between the first call and the last certificate of completion.
A five-minute form for attendees and a talk with whoever is commissioning the course. People are then grouped by what they can already do.
You receive a module breakdown with goals and timings. Dates are chosen so a department is never emptied on month-end closing day.
A Teams or Google Meet link lands in each attendee's calendar. Wherever an error could hurt, we set up a practice account or a copy filled with dummy records.
Every attendee is issued a certificate of completion, and the company keeps the recordings plus one-page cheat sheets that help when onboarding the next hires.
No, only remotely. The team can sit in one room facing a projector with a conference microphone, or everyone can stay at their own desk, which makes the exercises easier. Either way, staff in branches elsewhere in Poland do not lose a day to travel.
Yes. International companies with a Polish office often have mixed teams, so we teach in Polish, in English, or in two separate language groups. Materials and cheat sheets are prepared in whichever language the session uses.
They get the recordings, cut into short clips, and the step-by-step cheat sheets. For many firms that is enough. If several newcomers pile up, we run a brief induction session rather than repeating the whole series.
Yes. Everyone gets a certificate of completion, and the company gets an attendance list with date and topics. It can serve as a record of training in your data protection documentation; whether it is sufficient in your case is for your data protection officer or lawyer to judge. It is not, however, a vendor certification or a professional qualification.
Some firms use the National Training Fund (KFS) or European Funds programmes. We do not submit applications and cannot promise an award, but we help prepare the technical part: the programme, timetable and quote for the course. Check the call conditions with the institution running it.
Tell us who needs to learn what and how many people will attend. We will suggest a format, an agenda and dates.
