You buy an LTE/5G router from your regular supplier and we prepare its configuration. The site manager plugs it in, and from then on we manage it remotely, including the VPN back to head office and link monitoring.
Each device is enrolled in a management system, such as Intune where your Microsoft 365 licence covers it. After signing in with their company account, the site manager finds drawings, email, apps and qualified signature tools ready. If a tablet goes missing, we erase it from afar.
Some contracts are over in a few months, others stretch across years, so the IT has to be put up and taken down at the same pace as the site cabins.
Plenty of hours on site are lost to drawings opened directly across a poor link. Loading drags on for minutes, and a connection lost mid-save can damage the file. A remote workstation or online viewer transmits just the picture on screen, and the original never leaves the central repository.
We prepare the router configuration in advance and load it remotely, so on site someone only needs to connect power and, where signal is poor, fix an external antenna to the cabin. Usually it is the site manager or electrician, working from our one-page guide. The VPN, firewall and monitoring are then switched on from our end.
We do not file entries or applications for you, but we get the workstations ready. The site manager's laptop has a working qualified signature or Profil Zaufany login, a browser free of blocking add-ons and access to the contract repository. Files destined for e-Budownictwo, and later for the building owner's c-KOB, sit in one place in their current version.
It depends. When heavy analysis or rendering is needed only a few times a month, it usually pays to rent cloud power by the hour and give the office ordinary laptops. We model both options with you using real figures from your team before anyone signs a purchase order.
One repository in which the valid revision is always the first thing you see, while earlier versions can be opened only on purpose from the history. Tools alone will not fix it, habits count equally, which is why we agree file naming and revision publishing rules together with your team.
Guest access ends on the agreed date, either automatically or through an account review, depending on your Microsoft 365 licences. If snagging work comes up, we extend it quickly. Sign-ins and file openings go into the audit log, though what is recorded and for how long also depends on the licence. So when the client asks who has seen the documents, you can answer with a report.
