Changes and small features
New pages, swapped banners, copy edits, a new form or a campaign section, all within the agreed bank of hours.
The agreement has two parts: a fixed element for patching, backup and monitoring, and a pool of hours for whatever you ask us to do, sized to how often you change content.

CMS core, extensions, theme, libraries and PHP version. Every update goes onto a staging copy first and reaches the live site only after it has been checked.
A daily copy of files and database, kept by another EU provider rather than the one running your server, and restored as a test at regular intervals. A backup nobody has restored is merely a hope.
Availability checked every minute, response times, the dates when domain and certificate lapse and a daily test submission through the contact form.
File change detection, two-factor login to the admin panel, blocking of password-guessing attempts and a review of administrator accounts whenever your team changes.
A cookie banner that genuinely blocks scripts until consent is given, a privacy policy updated whenever a new tool is added and forms gathering only the data you use.
Work completed, updates installed, incidents and hours used. Brief and jargon-free.
Everything starts with a handover check. We will not take responsibility for a site until its condition is known and documented.
A review of code, versions, access rights, backups and hosting. We record who holds passwords, who the domain is registered to and what needs immediate attention.
Urgent issues come first: out-of-date software, no backups, accounts of former staff and an admin panel exposed to the whole internet.
Scheduled updates, requests from the bank of hours, monitoring, and a summary at month end.
We keep an eye on analytics and error logs and come forward with improvement ideas instead of waiting for instructions.
A contact form can stay silent for weeks. After a hosting move or a DNS change, form messages start landing in spam or get rejected because the domain lacks valid SPF and DKIM records. The site works, clicking “Send” shows a thank-you note, and the enquiries vanish. So every day we send a test submission and confirm that it actually arrived.
A site that rarely changes needs a small pool; one with campaigns, a blog and fresh sections needs a larger one. We begin small and resize the pool after a few months, looking at what was really consumed. The rate is PLN 190/hour excl. VAT.
Yes. The first step is an inspection and a written note of what we inherited. Sometimes the honest advice is that maintaining a site built on an abandoned theme with twenty outdated extensions will cost more than building a new one.
They can, which is why we never apply them directly to the live site. First a staging copy and a check of the key journeys such as forms, basket and login, then deployment with a backup taken moments earlier. If anything goes wrong we roll back from that copy.
Monitoring spots the outage within minutes. Response time depends on your plan: up to 4 hours on Start and up to one hour on Business, within working hours Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00 CET. Round-the-clock cover with a 15-minute response comes with Premium.
Yes. Hosting, domain registrar and Google Search Console accounts, as well as extension licences, are in your company name, and we receive our own named logins. When we part ways you simply switch them off, and we hand the documentation to whoever comes next.
Share the site address and list the jobs that recur every month. We will review the site during takeover and propose a bank of hours.

You will hear back within one working day, and if you have reported an outage that is holding up work, it goes to the front of the queue.
