Tell us about your project

Software from idea to production

You have a problem to solve and a rough idea, but nothing written down. We run the whole project: workshops, wireframes, code, testing, launch and further releases.

Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps for customers, reps on the road or warehouse pickers with scanners. Published under your own store accounts and kept up to date afterwards.

Open source development

Which contract fits depends on how well the requirements are understood today. A lump sum for something nobody has described yet usually turns into an argument about what was in scope.

Rights to the code are written into the contract. We propose transferring the economic copyright to your company; details such as the fields of use or the right to have another supplier develop the software are worth reviewing with your lawyer before signing. You receive the repository, documentation and deployment notes, so you can take the project over yourself.

How a project runs

Usually every fortnight we meet on Teams or Google Meet and show a working slice of the system. If the result starts drifting from what you expected, you notice early rather than on handover day.

Discovery

We talk to the people who run the process every day and record requirements, constraints and integrations. Discovery is billed on its own, and you can hand the output to any supplier.

Wireframes and MVP

Clickable screens first, then the leanest version that handles the single most important scenario. This is usually where a good share of the must-have features quietly drop off the list.

Sprints

Two-week iterations, each ending in a demo and sign-off. You can reorder the work between sprints without reopening the whole contract.

Go-live and support

Production release, online training for users and post-launch support as agreed in the contract. After that we can stay on under a maintenance agreement if you want us to.

Questions and answers

Quite often it will, and we will tell you so. If enova365, Comarch ERP Optima or a properly configured CRM can cover your process, configuring it will cost less than writing something new. Custom code pays off when the way you work is what sets you apart, or when adapting a product ends up dearer than building from scratch.

That is hard to answer reliably before an analysis, and back-of-envelope quotes can end up far from reality. We suggest a discovery phase first, its length depending on the size of the project, which leaves you with written requirements, a schedule and a cost estimate. Work after that is either a fixed fee per stage or PLN 190 per hour excl. VAT.

We propose that the contract transfers to you the economic copyright in the code we write for you. When the rights pass and which fields of use are covered is agreed in the contract, and a lawyer should check those clauses. Open source libraries and third-party components are the exception: they stay under their own licences, and you get a full list of them with the code.

Privacy by design applies from sprint one: we collect only what is needed, encrypt it and log who accessed it. Test environments run on anonymised data, we choose servers in the EU, and where we touch production data we sign a data processing agreement under GDPR. Our practices follow ISO 27001 principles.

Yes, after a code audit. We look at the architecture, tests, dependencies and documentation, then put in writing what can be carried forward and what would be better rewritten. Before that it is worth having your lawyer confirm what rights your company holds in the code.
