IT consulting and audit

The cheapest time to talk to us is before a contract gets signed. IT invoices creep upwards, each supplier tells its own story, and nobody on your payroll is in a position to referee. We turn the technical noise into zloty amounts, deadlines and a sequence of steps that the board can follow and approve.

When outside eyes pay for themselves

Not every decision needs an adviser. These are the situations where a few weeks of analysis usually cost less than getting it wrong.

A major purchase or tender

We check the choice before anyone signs. A new ERP or B2B platform typically means several hundred thousand zloty and years tied to a single vendor.

Switching IT provider

We establish what you are really inheriting. Otherwise the handover is a spreadsheet of passwords, no documentation and design choices nobody can explain.

NIS2 and the amended KSC act

We show what the rules may mean for your company. Management needs a picture it is willing to sign off, and the final classification is worth confirming with a lawyer.

Growth and new branches

We plan with headroom. If not, capacity and licence limits will surface in exactly the season when they hurt the most.

Quotes that refuse to line up

We break them into identical components. One price includes data migration and training, another leaves them out, and the gap only shows once the ink is dry.

A funding application

We help prepare the technical part. A baseline description, the scope of change and a credible timeline are useful in a KPO or FEnIKS application. Whether a grant is awarded is for the institution to decide, not us.

We have a conflict of interest, and we would rather point it out ourselves. A company that both diagnoses problems and sells the cure cannot be neutral by default. That is why we price recommendations at market rates rather than from our own rate card, and we are perfectly happy for another firm to carry them out.

How an engagement runs

We spend more time talking to people than reading configuration. The cause of trouble usually sits in how the company works rather than in server specifications. Interviews and meetings happen on Teams or Google Meet.

01

Conversations

Separately with the directors and with the people who live in the systems all day: accounts, warehouse, sales. The gap between those two accounts is often the most valuable finding.

02

Systems and contracts

Architecture, Microsoft 365 licensing, supplier agreements, SaaS subscriptions and the knowledge that exists only in one employee's head.

03

Scoring and ordering

Every item gets two figures: what the problem costs and what removing it costs. The output is a queue, not a wish list.

04

Board walkthrough

The report does not just land in an inbox. We take management through it page by page on a video call and answer questions as they come up.

Questions and answers

An infrastructure review is about technical condition: servers, network, backups, licences, gaps. Here we begin with the business and ask whether the systems support where it is going. In practice one tends to lead into the other, and both can be ordered as a single project.

That is no obstacle. We talk to the owner or the finance director in terms of zloty and months, without acronyms. Technical detail goes into appendices, which is where it belongs.

Yes, on the technical and organisational side. We help make an initial assessment of whether the amended Polish KSC act may apply to you (confirm the final classification with a lawyer), map the gaps against its requirements and draw up a plan covering risk management, incident reporting to the CSIRT and supplier oversight. We follow ISO 27001 principles, but we do not issue certificates.

We help prepare the technical part: the baseline, the investment scope, the schedule and the cost estimate for the IT work. We do not write whole applications and we never promise KPO or FEnIKS money, since the assessing body makes that call. A well-built plan remains useful whatever the outcome of the call for proposals.

That depends on how many systems and people are involved. Our hourly rate is PLN 190 excl. VAT. You can also ask for a fixed fee, which we quote after the first online meeting.

Write down what needs settling and what worries you. We will suggest the review scope, a duration and a fixed price.
