Carriers
InPost Paczkomaty and courier, DPD with Pickup points, DHL with POP, ORLEN Paczka, GLS and Poczta Polska, directly or through Furgonetka or Apaczka.
We normally connect two or three carriers. Buyers get a choice, and you are not tied to one courier when it is having a bad week.

A price based on weight, size and delivery method, shown before the buyer enters their details rather than sprung on them at the final step.
A widget showing lockers and partner points, suggesting the nearest options from the buyer's address.
Labels for every paid order printed with one button, on a thermal printer or as A6 sheets.
COD parcels carry the amount straight from the order, so a typo in the figure does not leave you paying the difference.
The tracking number goes onto the order and into the buyer's email, and a “delivered” status closes the order in the shop.
Buyers create a return label themselves from their order number, and the warehouse knows what is coming back before the parcel arrives.
Hooking up the carrier itself is usually a small part of the work. Most of the effort goes into filling in weights and dimensions and settling the delivery price list.
We study your order history: parcel sizes, the share of locker, COD and foreign deliveries, as well as your existing courier contracts.
We help you obtain API access from carriers, or an account with Furgonetka if you would rather use a single panel for all of them.
Product weights and dimensions, packing rules, free-delivery thresholds and oversize surcharges.
We send a few real parcels with each carrier and follow them from label creation right through to the “delivered” status.
Without weights and dimensions on your products, the delivery price is guesswork. The system falls back on a default, the buyer pays PLN 12.99, and the courier adds an oversize surcharge that you absorb. More often still, a large box will not fit a locker compartment and goes back to the sender. That is why dimensions are completed in the product register before shipping goes live.
Usually two or three: InPost lockers, because many buyers expect them, one door-to-door courier and perhaps a cheaper pick-up option such as ORLEN Paczka. A longer list seldom lifts sales; it just slows the decision and complicates packing.
A broker such as Furgonetka or Apaczka gives you one panel, one invoice and often decent rates at small volumes. A direct contract with InPost or DPD can become worthwhile at high volumes, or when you have particular needs such as a fixed daily collection time from your warehouse.
It is a simple rule in the shop, but the threshold needs working out. We take your average basket value, margin and real shipping cost, so free delivery nudges buyers to add an item instead of eating the profit on every order.
No. We deal only with software and configuration, remotely. Your warehouse or fulfilment partner packs and hands over the parcels, while we make sure labels, tracking numbers and statuses move without manual work.
Tell us what you send, how many parcels go out each day and which carriers you use. We will propose a checkout setup and a labelling workflow.
