Plan selection
We set the vendor's current plans against the features you use or plan to adopt within a year. No spare capacity just in case.
First we settle where the system should run: in the vendor's cloud or on your own server in an EU data centre. That shapes both the cost and where your data lives.
We set the vendor's current plans against the features you use or plan to adopt within a year. No spare capacity just in case.
Cloud is cheaper to start and easier to run. On-Premise makes sense when data must sit on a server you control, or when you intend deep code changes.
You buy directly from the vendor using your own company details. We show you where to click and what to enter so the invoice goes straight to accounts.
We track the expiry date and remind you early, so renewal does not land in your busiest week of the year.
Moving up as the business grows, or down when it turns out some features are gathering dust.
We check who owns the portal and help transfer rights away from a former employee or a previous implementer.
The review and recommendation are a small job. Moving from cloud to your own server, or the other way round, is a separate project we price after looking at the portal.
We look at how many people log in regularly, which modules they use and what is planned for the coming year.
A specific plan with the reasoning behind it, compared with the tiers either side in net annual PLN.
We guide you through buying from the vendor and confirm that the new features are switched on and properly configured.
Ahead of the next renewal we revisit user numbers and features, because a company can change a great deal in twelve months.
Your Bitrix24 account must belong to your company, not to whoever implemented it. A portal registered to an outside firm's email stays with that firm when the relationship ends, along with the whole history of clients, deals and correspondence. Check this before you pay the first invoice, not in the middle of a dispute. On our rollouts, the account owner is somebody on your own team.
In the cloud the account moves to whatever terms the vendor sets for an expired plan, usually with fewer features and lower limits. We check the current rules with the vendor before the date. On-Premise without renewal usually loses access to updates, which over time becomes a security issue and an awkward point in any GDPR audit.
Plans differ in, among other things, their user limits, so the task is picking the right level. A review of roles often reveals people who log in once a month to glance at a single task. Sometimes email notifications serve them just as well, and the company drops a level.
Because we are not a vendor partner and have no wish to stand between you and your own account. You buy directly and receive the invoice from the vendor, while we advise and watch the dates. You pay us only for our time, for instance at PLN 190/hour excl. VAT or as part of an ongoing support contract.
The vendor publishes where data is stored, and it is worth checking before you load customers' personal data. We help you interpret the vendor's information and prepare entries for your record of processing activities. Where location requirements are strict, we suggest On-Premise on a server in an EU data centre.
Tell us how many people will use the system, which features you rely on and when your current plan expires. We will return with a recommendation and a cost comparison.
